CPM Pulse

Terms of
Service

Last updated 25 August 2026.

Who this is from

CPM Pulse is published by CWH3 Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of the CPM Pulse iOS app. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

CPM Pulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, AdMob, and related marks belong to Google.

What the app is

CPM Pulse reads your AdMob reporting data through Google's AdMob API and displays it on your iPhone and in a widget. That is the whole of it. It has no servers, no accounts, and no backend of ours that your data reaches — the app talks to Google directly from your device. How it handles information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you need

The app also offers a sample-data preview so you can see how it works before signing in to anything. Those figures are invented and are not anyone's real earnings.

The access you grant

Signing in grants CPM Pulse one Google permission, admob.readonly, which is read-only. The app cannot change, create, or delete anything in your AdMob account, and it cannot see your payment details.

You can withdraw that access whenever you like — from Account → Sign out inside the app, or from myaccount.google.com/permissions on any device. Withdrawing it stops the app working, which is the intended result.

About the numbers

This is the part worth reading twice.

The figures CPM Pulse displays are the estimates Google's AdMob API returns. AdMob describes them as estimated, and they are: they move as Google finalises reporting, and they are subject to invalid-traffic deductions, currency conversion, mediation reconciliation, and adjustments Google makes after the fact. The amount you are actually paid is whatever Google's AdMob payment reporting says, and nothing else.

Do not use CPM Pulse as the basis for invoicing, revenue-share settlements, accounting, tax filings, forecasts you commit to, or any other decision where being wrong has a cost. It is a convenience for glancing at how things are going. We do not warrant that any figure shown is accurate, complete, current, or that it matches what AdMob shows on the web.

Figures may also be stale. The app caches your last result so it can show you something when you are offline, and a widget updates on a schedule iOS decides, not one we control.

Using it properly

Use CPM Pulse for its purpose: viewing AdMob data you are entitled to see. Do not:

Your use of Google's services remains governed by your agreements with Google, including the AdMob programme policies. Nothing here changes those, and we cannot grant you rights to Google's services.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time. The app updates itself over the air, so the version you are running may change without you doing anything.

CPM Pulse depends on Google's AdMob API. If Google changes it, restricts it, prices it, or withdraws it, the app may stop working, in whole or in part, and that is outside our control. We do not promise any level of availability or uptime.

Price

CPM Pulse carries no advertising and no subscription. The price shown on the App Store when you download it is the price that applies. The app may be offered free of charge or for a one-time purchase, and which of those it is may change over time. A change to the price never affects a purchase you have already made.

Any payment is made to Apple through the App Store, not to us. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy — we cannot grant, refuse, or process one, and requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

There is no account with us and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.

Other parties

Three parties are unavoidably involved, each under its own terms: Google, which provides sign-in and the AdMob data; Apple, which distributes the app; and Expo, which delivers over-the-air updates. We are not responsible for their services, and they are not responsible for ours.

Apple is not a party to these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide support for CPM Pulse, and your use of the app through the App Store is also subject to Apple's own terms.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, and its design belong to us. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. They transfer nothing else.

Your AdMob data is yours. We claim no rights in it, and we never receive a copy of it.

No warranty

CPM Pulse is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or that the figures it shows will be correct.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made on the strength of a figure the app displayed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: sign out, which revokes the app's access at Google, and delete the app, which removes everything it stored. We may end your licence to use the app if you breach these terms. The sections on the numbers, warranties, liability, and governing law survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the place you live in.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
